Description of change needed (i.e. planet change, fleets, etc)

Make sure you list planet number.

And all changes will be made before end of GT week.
Many items do not get logged on your character sheet like money, special troops, special rewards etc.
So do not worry about placing those things here.
This is for planet population boosts, new worlds added, new fleets added or purchased and situations like that. .

Habitat II and III (Planets 1 and 2) have become Dyson swarms, I have no idea how you want to demarcate that. Perhaps their population will now be total earth-masses (EMs) accumulated?

Habitat V and VI (Planets 4 and 5) have been completely evacuated, and terraforming operations have begun. This should go 'as normal.'
