Regarding Creation and Destruction of the Forgotten

The birthing of the Forgotten raises some difficult questions. It could have simply been an accident caused by the combination of hearts of the forgotten and our work with nightmares. However, it is our nature to be careful.

Bringing in the EEF to assist will not go opposed by me. In regards to sabotage, I'll look into it. Though truth be told, the hearts were never tested in a combat that combined such an assortment of layas power before. Perhaps I made a mistake in my craft.

We must trick the EEF to send in their Exorcists. They would make short work of the fiend.

As we've agreed to assist you with your fiend problem I need something from you. We need more information on this creature. Please forward any intel you're gathered on it to us, scans or samples and the like. The more we know before engaging the better. We could also use a detailed map of the Continent of Dead Quall as well as the surrounding Quall controlled territory. This will help us pick our ground for the attack.

What you ask for is easily granted, but we would prefer to take part in your discussions. Attached is the information we have obtained regarding this creature, though it is limited, as well as a layout of the battle-theater.

Its offensive and defensive capabilities are as one would expect from the melding of high technology, projected rage and ascendant fire manipulation. Its technological components can be overcome with EMP, and its rage will be quelled by Unity Builders who put themselves in harm's way to soothe what remains of those souls. Fire will be tricky to overcome, but you are resourceful.

However, what is important to note is that these, even its demonic nature, is contingent on the memories it has stolen. At this stage of development, we surmise that destruction of its physical body would be meaningless, as it possesses the ability to animate raw material through demonic influence as well as technology, as opposed to one or the other in isolation. To throw kinetic force at it would be a waste of the highest magnitude.

Attached are multiple theoretical "heart" loci where memories may be colocalized with real space. If these points can be disincorporated through your exorcists...dispelling...techniques, the Forgotten will disperse, and the technology will dis-animate. We STRONGLY suggest you send your best.

EEF high command is having on going discussion of this matter feel free to join in if you'd like. After all this concerns everyone. I'll have a secure line established for the TRILAT so you can all listen and contribute. I'm sure your input will be helpful. As will the intel you've provided. I'm not expecting fire power alone to stop this thing. I do expect that it will be weakend and distracted which will make banishing it easier. Prime is it possible that you could provide transport for your builders? We're hoping to draw it away from the frontlines before engaging it. I'd also recommend they have protection from the bombardment. Perhaps become shadow artifacts.

I would gladly appoint an escort for the builders. They will be a small platoon of Recognized. I will choose those with Luminous Wards or Mass Defenders. Their duties will be to report directly back to the command center at the continent. Through encrypted channels they will transmit their location so the the mists from the unity prophet generators can be lifted from that immediate area. I will also have the mists projected further toward our enemies in case they attempt to interfere with our efforts. Their proficiency in water layas should also allow them to remove the shroud as needed.

I like the idea of leading the fiend away from its home, perhaps it will be weakened. It will also allow us to operate further from our foes.

Speaking of the Quall have any of you considered that it might be best to work with the as well. Or at least see if an agreement can be reached so we won't be getting in each others way. I can bring the suggestion to them.
