It has come to my attention that the K-fed has purchased a divisions worth of RPG warheads and launchers. It is possible that they will use this large amount of weapons to attack the Uthvelor Tribes on the plane of awareness.

I can sell the tribes a large number of springshot weapons that will work reliably on the plane of awareness. I can also offer more high tech weapons and training for times when the Uth tribes must make battle on this plane (As long as the planet is leyas inactive they will not be effected the way they do on your home plane)

If this deal is acceptable we can discuss payment.
