Urgent Request from Admin Week 7-8

Please make sure to back up all in character PMs.
I may have to send my computer in to the repair shop due to some malicious software, so Im posting from my wifes computer.

Please make sure to backup all in character PMs. This way I lose any of them due to loss of system, we still have a record of them for the publications.

To keep my inbox size down I have had to delete a number of them. Hopefully the recipients have access to theirs. I have backed up everything I have in it currently

If you have to give your account name and password to someone you trust to back it all up. That is probably going to be the most efficient and complete way to maintain the pms. Or ask whoever is hosting the message board to back up the database that it is running on.

What he means is that he copied and pasted every PM he's gotten onto his hardrive. If his harddrive ain't working, he has no access to those pms anymore. Therefore he's encouraging us to do the same in tue event he cannot retrieve them.

Hence why I made this request to YOU ALL.

We are dealing with some malware on our end. So I am once again going to explain.

EVERYONE who sends a PM in week 7-8 should back the PM up if they want it to appear in the final publication.
When I say back it up I mean on your home computer as a Word doc, NOT ON the FORUMS (this is just regarding PMs).
