The Via Sister Station 1

This is the first of the Stations revealed by the Via Sister Station partially unlocked by Prime and Ryuk of Unity.
This test is open to Ryuk and those he explicitly invites in this section only.

Ryuk approaches the Via Sister Station 1 and sends a Message to this VIA. "Greetings, I am Ryuk. I just spoke to one of you sister stations, and she gave me the honor of seeing if I can wake you up. May I come a board?"

The doors to the station opens and Ryuk is greeted by the eerily similar voice of the Via Sister Stations.

"Welcome Ryuk of Trilat to the Via Sister Station orbiting Warrexia 2. Your information has been sent ahead by the Via Sister Station who has previously tested your being."

Ryuk felt the floor start moving under him until he was at a large screen displaying the image of the nearby planet.

"This is the yellow and verdant world of Warrex. No one currently lives there because everything that is not a plant and not a Warrex gets eaten by the Warrex. They are rodents, alien rodents who seem to have no place in the biosphere beyond breeding new Warrex.
However the planet shows signs of an ancient civilization that once lived there. You might find great artifacts of power on that planet. Of course you would first have to find a solution to the Warrex problem. No ship no matter what quarantine methods that lands on Warrexia 2 can leave without picking up a few of these scavengers who then quickly breed and spread eating everything. Thats what killed all life on the Warrexia 3,4 and 5 colonies."

More and more your question rely on expertise outside of mine, I can not really answer your questions well. In the case of these animals, I would see about enlisting Oleifera aid, as they are basically a living plant. I would see what they say, as there solution would probably seek to create a plant to control the Warrex, or modify the Warrex to not be so voracious. Oleifera has some traits, like not killing anything, that it seems like you would like.

Me personally, if I were to go, would figure out what they Warrex hates, possibly Fire, and use that to keep them away from the men I send down to investigate the planet. If the away team found something of value, I would have it teleported to an isolation room, where every living thing was killed upon entrance . When the away team was done, I would have them killed and revived directly on the orbiting ship (I would let the away team be volunteers who knows this will happen). This would prevent my ships from being infested with Warrex and minimize my impact on the Warrex.

Enlisting the aid of Oleifera would make the planets inhabitable again, but change the Warrex, my way some WArrex end up dead, but unchanged, and prevent them from spreading.

Wise is a being who defers to one with more knowledge, consult with this Oleifera and if she agrees then return here. The process will begin immediately after you return with Oleiferas agreement.
