To the Hive Queen who's cultists I captured

To my opponent on Infernus,
I wish to arrange a trade, the people of mine you captured in exchange for your cultists who carry your young. Trade will occur in an area which you will not want to call in your troops. There is an icy planet in the draco constellation that will do nicely. Be forewarned there will be an EEF fleet over head with orders to fire if you try to storm the location and take more of my people.

If this is agreeable for a simple hostage trade then we will set the time. If my men have been impregnated then their will be repercussions. The first thing we will do is tear out the fetuses and send you pieces of them, that will not be the last though. Do not take this to mean I want a confrontation with you, I am merely informing you of the repercussions of attacks against me.

Just to make sure I understand this correctly, you, a Kias want to arrange an exchange, this exchange will happen on an ice planet in your territory, with a fleet of your starships pointing their guns at me at all times. I am expected to trust this at all?
If this is the case then the answer is a simple no. I would be surprised if you could make a less trustworthy arrangement. Why don't you go back to your planning table and come up with a better offer that screams trap a bit less. For a Kias this is a very sad attempt, please try harder.

You can call in hundreds of millions of soldiers at a moments notice and you complain about me having the upper hand? If you really require a different option one is available. There is a neutral party we can contact to coordinate this. I have already explained the situation to him and he will submit his proposal shortly.

I suggest you accept these terms as once the quall hatch the church of one intends to lock them in warded rooms and torture them for the rest of eternity. You will hear your children's screams and pleas for all of your existence. No living thing should have to endure that.

I might be more open to Blackheart handling the situation, i await their plan for doing the exchange, then i will consider it if I find it viable.
Also, as for the larva, these are all willing members of the Horned Dog not some prisoners of war, their larva will only mature when the Horned Dogs wish it, most will remain the way they are for more then 100 years. So you can keep your impotent threats to yourself like i said before your ignorance prevents them from being intimidating at all.

Remember you are the one who kidnapped civilians and are frequently threatening their lives, as opposed to the invading soldiers that were captured when they invaded a planet with little to no military presence which were captured by me.

I have been asked to present my plan to avoid further conflict. It will not be cost free. I need a roster of all cultists captured by the Lions of Earth, and all Lions of Earth held by Hive Queen Ar'yay's forces. I will pick up all Lions of earth on one of my freighters from a location of hive Queen Ar'yay's choosing. Simultaneously I will pick up all the cultists from where they are being held. My people will verify everyone's identity and submit the rosters. Once each side gives me the green light the frieghters will take off and drop off the personnel.

The operation will cost 200k ghaz or similar value in precious metals from each faction. Payment will not be rendered until both sides have their people back. That is the honesty tax, if I screw over either side the profit loss will result in a substantial loss for my corporation.

The operation may sound simple and at its core it is, however I will also have various protection measures in place. There are many would like to see a drawn out conflict between the Quall and the EEF and I consider this a high threat mission.

If this proposition is agreeable please submit rosters and any biometric information you have of your people. Once my frieghter's and their fighter escorts are in motion I will ask you to give me the pick up locations, this will insure neither side can ambush a pickup site.

Before any deal can be worked out, I must ask one more thing to the General. I see you haven't mentioned the other things you are suppose to return to me. I will agree to nothing unless I am getting EVERYTHING that your Field Marshall promised.

I've been monitoring these negotiations as best as I can and I see for clarity's sake now would be a good time to step in. Gentlemen the Hivequeens original request was for the bodies of people who died defending the planet from the Lions of Earth. In exchange she offered the return of living unimplemented Loins of Earth captured during the fighting. I suppose she was not aware of the survivors for some reason. I saw no reason to withhold her dead and she was offering live prisoners there seemed to be only one logical answer. Regardless I had assumed that this would be a simple matter to work out and would not need my further attention. Perhaps I was not clear to General Vulfrum when I asked him to arrange this exchange in the first place. Now that we're all on the same page I think Blackheart Security has offered a very reasonable compromise which benefits everyone. So perhaps this matter can be settled as I'm sure we all have other business to attend to.

Everything was going to be simple, handing over my dead in exchange for your living, then Vulfrym starts reviving people in order to turn this into a hostage negotiation. I figured the EEF had honor but they are employing a Kias so perhaps my faith in them was too presumptuous.
As to blackheart's "deal" so instead of a simple exchange which was what this was suppose to be, now i have to pay hundreds of thousands of Ghaz to get back the people already promised to me? Is this how the EEF normally does business? I will not pay a ransom for my people when i already had an agreement with Field Marshall Strykker that they would be returned to me. If the Field Marshall wants to go back on his word and now declare that this new deal is in effect then perhaps he shouldn't have been making deals in the first place.

My intent in the fees was to for each faction to buy what my troopers liek to call a "Warm and fuzzy feeling." I know you can easily pay the price, while Gen. Vulfrym will be forced to commit a sizable percentage of his operating budget to the exchange, thus preventing him from double crossing you.

However if you would prefer I will only charge the base rate for these services to each faction. Don't let my fees be the deal breaker as they are entirely negotiable.

It is more the principle of the matter then the amount. I am promised something then, the deal is suddenly changed and on top of that threats are tossed at me. Then suddenly there is an additional fee attached on top of everything. With each step this whole interaction which should have been taken care of days ago with no fuss has become a drama that is trying my patience.

The EEF does not judge individuals on the past crimes of their species. If they can do the job and follow the rules we will not turn them away.
regardless of our recruitment practices if this offer is unacceptable to you allow me to offer an alternative. General Vulfrun can send the bodies to Refuge and the EEF will bring them to the energy bridges to Krypos which are on the Northern boarder by treaty. You can bring your prisoners to Refuge via the bridges and once they've been cleared as larva free the EEF will release your followers bodies and you can return with your dead the same way. Additionally as I would hate to have wasted Mr. Blackheart's time I will even contract his firm to provide site security during the exchange. Is this acceptable to everyone?

That deal is acceptable, if it finishes without any problems i am sure I can reward Black Heart with a few large gemstones. I am fine with rewarding good work, i am against extortion and negotiating for hostages.
I shall bring all the Lions of Earth we had agreed upon to the energy bridge and will send them out as soon as you signal that you are ready. My people shall remain in the designated area while the exchange is taking place.

(OoC: If this becomes a mission I would like to document all the steps I am going to protect the cargo of each frieghter)

So, what is the status of the delivery of my dead and my cultists? I have been patient, I have your people and have been waiting for a while.

Barring an active choice by either Blackheart, LionsofEarth, and Ar'yayHiveQueen, this prisoner transfer would have gone ahead safely and without incident.
