Every major city in Fort Lendill Territory is being affected by bombings, booby traps and other violent and deadly mayhem.
How will you track down and defeat these Dead Spacers and the K'ias serving alongside them?
What will you do if and when they are caught?

Be specific about what police tactics you will be using. Fort Lendill Players may invite other players to aid them on this mission.

Be specific about the types of soldiers and troops you are deploying and what level of force they are using.

Post your plan to this mission on either Fort Lendill or the terrorists side here on this thread only. First person to post gets a single extra repost later to launch secret attacks, ambushes etc. All other players get one post only. This thread will be locked at 11pm E.S.T. on Friday May 27th. Only actions listed on this mission thread will count as locked in for player actions.

You are encouraged to set up threads in your own factions to discuss this matter.

(OoC: I may be posting first but thats only because I can't sleep. If an FL player shows up and wants a repost at the end of the day I abdict my rights unless my people are in overwhelming danger)

To the Planetary Governing bodies of all Fort Lendill Worlds as well as the Leadership of FT Lendill,
I offer my contractors services to help create a hasty counter terrorism training program as well as limited direct action interventions to take down cult of Warmonger leaders. Payment will be [Mission Reward].

Please think long and hard before turning down my corporations capabilities. My corporation successfully conducted security operations on the Powder Keg world of Druzi and Wylanda. Lawful Counter Insurgency is what we do, we promise that all of our operations and training will be centered around protecting your populace.

V/R,
Childeen Blackheart
Blackheart Securities

***

My contractors will engage in a training program to get the already robust FL police in more conventional tactics to deal with hunting down the cults (I suspect their intel is centered on computer operations only). Also teams will be on each planet with AAVs capable of doing high threat detainment's and interdictions.

Layne Yr smiled when she thought about the Warmonger Cultists scattered across Fort Lendill controlled space. She knew Fort Lendill used entire networks of Eye spies to keep an eye on things. So the best thing she could do would be to help them by sending in three ONS. The Organic Nightmare Ships were not to engage Fort Lendill Forces.

-The capital Ships will rush each planet, fire off a single Chill burst onto the city disabling the Eye Spies and other cameras (as well as lights, security and power hopefully). Then jump away. In the moment before they jump away the crew will throw Magi Cannon Thought Bombs with artificed pain cannons (leftovers from border wars) out the docking bays.

-they would alternative times of attack and use become shadow to avoid all conflict other than the momentary blackouts. No other civilian targets will be hit.

- While this attack happens twenty five Yrs Starfighters with Become Shadow will drop off boxes of weapons including springshots, acid spitters, chill gland rifles, and a few RPGs for the Rebels along with this message.
"The Rulers of Fort Lendill ignore you. They are busy in their laboratories. They are preoccupied experimenting while your people only seeking asylum were CRUSHED. They did not even send a scout ship to see what you wanted. Demand the release of your Leader Viv'aye'ahn, even if the K'ias is possessed by a demon. Give your unlife to make Fort Lendill suffer for ignoring those who needed only their help. Viv'aye'ahn was wrong, there is no family waiting to welcome you at Fort Lendill."

Layne Yr giggled, she hoped it would be a classic burn. Next time, Mor'aye'ahn would not leave a potential client waiting.

Send in 100 Da'uhnb, enough to conquer the planet BUT the Da'uhnb soldiers of GAST won't be there to steal the planet.
They will be targeting Warmonger Cult rendezvous and any meeting sites and cut off their supply lines.
They will find them in their hiding holes and grant them final death.

If 100 Da'uhnb aren't enough, GAST will go as far as 1,000. The Warmonger Cult will not be allowed to spread to the Fort Lendill worlds.

Yes the haughty Cha'ain of Fort Lendill had offended the Da'uhnb many times, and Fort Lendill offered help to no one and took help from no one. But the Da'uhnb Soldiers of GAST were dedicated to defeating the Warmonger Cult in all its forms.

Captain Ti'lan was getting a bit tired of this, while it was an honor to command the Hive Queens one and only Trident Missile ship (making it priceless to the Hive) this second mission was exactly the same as the first, fly in cloak engaged, drop off passengers and withdraw. He didn't even have his fellow Quall on board just a group of Horned Dogs. An odd group at that, these Horned Dogs were broken, they appeared to be some sort of cross between a dog and a man and they had 6 horns on top of their heads. They also wore collors around their necks, Captain Ti'lan supposed that was there as a way of showing people that they weren't strays or something? Ti'lan chuckled at the thought. Standing around 6 feet tall these dog men were in full armor but carried no weapons, They used their claws, fangs and the horns on their heads to fight. They also carried a special artifact allowing them to open an energy bridge to the Lands of the Quall N'Drone. Sadly on the other side were more of these creatures, upwards of 500 of them. These attack dogs of the Cult of the Horned Dog were here to sniff out and eliminate the Warmonger presence. Once the Warmonger troops were destroyed they would use the artifact to return home to their masters. They would ignore all non Warmonger forces and concentrate on destroying the demonic soldiers.
If their first mission is a success, all Horned Hounds would get a treat. Cause they are such good boys, yes they are, yes they are.

Week 5 Insurrection Missions- Against the Warmonger Cult Terrorists (Fort Lendill & Friends vs the Warmonger Cult) Empty Re: Week 5 Insurrection Missions- Against the Warmonger Cult Terrorists (Fort Lendill & Friends vs the Warmonger Cult)

Post  LeftenantRyuk Fri May 27, 2011 3:08 pm

Ryuk heard rumors about Layne's unhappiness, and that she was causing chaos because of it. "this sounds fun, Ryuk though".

Searching through the prison databanks, Ryuk carefully selects 500,000 prisoner soldiers, all involved in the military, piracy, smuggling, or urban terrorism. Addressing these men, Ryuk Says "I wish I had more time and equipment to train you, but currently that is not the case. There are a few planets, under Ft lentils control. Currently there administration has been ignoring the people, and also manage to vex Admiral Yr. Admiral Yr is trying to start a revolution to against the leaders, because they ignored Viv'aye'ahn's people. This is were you soldiers come in, you are going to be sent to aid this revolution. Admiral Yr has dropped weapons caches on each planet, you are to gather them, and lead Viv'aye'ahn people to victory. You all have unique talents, you need to use them all to be successful. You former smugglers you are in charge of setting up supply lines, former Pirates are in charge of obtaining supplies, and the former terrorists and military personal are in change of organizing the populous and making plans for the revolution. Remember, you all have the unity connection, this will allow instant communication between groups along the different planets. I will try and aid you as much as I can, and I will try and set up a replacement system were soldiers that are training here will be sent out to replace the ones on the planet. Unfortunately, this only works for the workers, You natural leaders will not be able to do this. I apologize in advance, but you will also be rewarded when this is over.

Now, go , and do what you do best!"

Ryuk send 500,000 troops split equally between all planets to aid Admiral Yr, buy organizing what she started on the ground. This groups goal is the revolution against the current ft Lendill administration, using Viv'aye'ahn as a figurehead. They will set up a long term revolution between all the planets, and are able to communicate with the rest of the army for advice and requests for help, but are set up to try and be self sufficient.

Post  UnityPrime Fri May 27, 2011 3:23 pm

Prime looked thoughtfully over the projections before him regarding Ft. Lendil. They were chaotic, but his work with the dead spacers could be helpful. Sure, Layne Yr's rebels would make for a distraction, but...

Prime's eyes widened as several hundred thousand connected moved. They moved to...assist the Ft. Lendil rebels? Prime tried to learn more about the forces that Ryuk had sent, but found the way blocked. All he knew was they had been changed in some way. Prime's head throbbed. This was bad, profoundly so. Yet, he could not tell why. Odd.

An image of him turned to his K'ias guest. "My dear, your people are causing an...incident. I think they think you were captured. I can give you an open communication feed to your officers on the ground to tell them to surrender and renounce their Warmonger faith. The nations currently think them Warmonger devotees and are moving to destroy them presently."

Prime had also prepared reports indicating most likely targets on all of the Ft. Lendil planets, including the likely timings of attacks and command centers for the Dead Spacers. He would send these to Ft. Lendil, if they asked for them.

Post  CaptainAxis Fri May 27, 2011 10:15 pm

Axis sat at the helm of the Needle. “A rebellion is going on and I’m not a part of it……….yet”, he thought.” I haven’t used my Satellites in some time; perhaps it’s time they made a comeback”. He quickly formed a plan. The Uth Brain Satellites (camouflaged and hidden of course) would record the events of what was going on in the cities. Their findings would then be sent to Ryuks forces. “Hopefully that will give them an edge”.

Le-a will be sending in 2 freighters full of cultists on the outskirts of the cities where the heaviest fighting is occurring I will then use the ships as medical units to assist and protect innocent civilians attempting to fell the fighting. I will have dimension walkers one at each freighter to open up energy bridges and send in 10.000 pit mongerals 5,000 one one freighter and 5,000 on the other to guard the civilians. The pit mongerals will be armed with Lancet rifles.

Post  Lil'ye'ahn Sat May 28, 2011 1:57 am

((OOC: Childldeen I may take you up on that 2nd post, ))
*****Transmissions to Blackhart Security and Le-a*****
Thank you for the offer of your aid, at this time any assistance is accepted and appreciated.
*****End Transmission*****

Lil'ye'ahn stood at the bridge of the Chameleon's Grace, coordinating her own troops, and the aid of the EEF, as well as firing off hasty communications to Prime, Ar'yay, Le-a and Childeen. She growled orders in an uncharacteristically gruff tone, lacking her usual gentle demeanor.

"I want all reports from Prime forwarded to our friends in Blackhart Security, EEF and the Horned Dog squad. Let then know that containment and capture are the preferred solution, however any hostile actions toward citizens or defenders are to be dealt with by deadly force. As for any Kias found, they are to captured and brought before myself and Mor'aye'ahn to deal with. The Kasanthians and any forces they have sent to stir up this pot -let them pay to rez their people, I don't want to see a single one walk home. Oh, and somebody jam Layne's little rant. Prepare a broadband of our own to replace it."

The following message cuts off Admiral Yr's, reaching all Ft. Llendill and SUARM planets.
*******************************************************************
People of Ft Llendill and SUARM Space, know that you have NEVER been forgotten. YOU who are the backbone of our diverse society. Your leaders have worked hard to design new ways to protect you and all you hold dear. They have worked to research ways to help improve your way of life and survive all the harshness that this universe can put in our path. YOU have worked in those factories, those research labs, those farms, and spaceports and on those ships. WE are a society. One made up of the vast variety of species in the universe, working together for peace. Now WE come under attack, at our very doorsteps by those who would tear asunder all that WE have built TOGETHER. To the Warmonger Cultists, my darling cousin Viv'aye'ahn was not captured, she surrendered peacefully. I request that you do as well. There is a home here for all who seek peace. However any hostile actions toward OUR citizens in OUR home will be dealt with by deadly force. WE wish only PEACE, but will defend our right to it.
********************************************************************
(This will be played on a repeating loop with inspirational classic earther instrumental music in the background)

All local millitary and police forces will be put into action in conjunction with Blackhart Security, EEF and Horned Dog aid teams. Each aid team will be joined by 5 SUARM commanders with full attachment and one K'iou technofetishist. Hivestingers with g-class laser pistols and equipped with a built in sniper rifle in their open weapons slot and Catskinner pilots with multiple missile launchers in all weapons slots will join in the air support. Also all high profile target locations(hospitals, schools, factories, labs) will each be guarded by 3 SUARM commanders with full attachment. Orders are, give one chance to surrender, then shoot to kill.
