Prisoner 00200,

We will be releasing you into better living quarters, but you will be under house arrest until we are ready to go after Alice Clegg. At that time, if you information is correct, we will arrange transportation to any planet that is safe for you to go to. Also, we need another way to refer to you, Prisoner 00200 does not seem appropriate while you are under house arrest.

This will be done, when preparations are complete.
