PreGame Planetary Recover- The Planet of Maxa Provo 9

MP9 was a dead planet, but the recent deployment of a Terraforming device has made this a perfect place for a colony. It has a population of 1,000,000 migrant workers, and a small militia. MP9 is known for its mining potential, especially in bauxite and iron.
The Banking Guild is selling Maxa Provo 9 to the group that will do the most to better it.

Population- 1 Million
Defense Force- Green

This mission is open to all players except Faction Leaders.
First person to post gets a single extra repost later to launch secret attacks, ambushes etc. All other players get one post only. This thread will be locked at 11pm E.S.T. on Friday March 19th. Only actions listed on this mission will count as locked in for player actions.

Maxa Provo 9,

We will offer to build and equip a full space port with repair facilities for the colony.
we will also pay for upgrades to the equipment of the Militia and offer to set up a standing army if the colonists want it. they wil be allowed to choose membership in either the EEF or Uloh.
Either way, they will be given primary rights to run thier own local government within standard limits.

if they want we will provide at no cost to them, a full orbiting space station for system control with basic space defense forces, of either EEF standard crews or Immutable only Crews.

we will provide any and all assistance we can, including hiring specialists to train colonists for expert level jobs in thier chosen industry.

As a side note, there will be no migratation of E-strain with other a vote of approval from the colonists. This will be enforced by automatic forfiture of all agreements if we violate this deal. If other Groups Violate it, we will lead the way in removing the problem

To the Board of the Banking Guild,

Today I will speak on the behalf of Flag Staff Incorporated and my partners in the Free Systems. We put forth our bid for the planet of MP9 so that we may improve it on many of its social and economic levels as well as provide both defense and diplomacy on its behalf. Under our leadership we guarantee to provide the following:

1) The planet will enjoy the freedoms and prosperity of the Free Systems, who are not only currently at peace with all other factions, but enjoying a period of relative prosperity and rebirth. They will have the unhindered right to elect their own government representatives.

2) My company, a joint venture with the Free Systems, will ensure that the population of MP9 ceases to be migrant. We will do this through the incentives, such as the creation of permanent jobs all over the planet. We will invest significantly in its development and most efficiently harvest its most valuable resource without sacrificing environmental integrity.

a) First among these improvements are to be an absolutely free magnetic railway system across much of the populated areas.
b) Outside consultants would be brought in to train workers in the highly effective mining practices developed in the Draco Constellation.
c) Free medical implants will be offered for those that wish it. The ultimate usefulness of these would the eradication of all disease on the planet.
d)Provisions would be made for a highly effective educational system in the style of apprenticeships. Programs will include off-world education at universities in the Draco Constellation.

3) We have the capacity, through additional joint ventures, to ensure that local production in all areas improves dramatically, to ensure positive trade with every faction throughout the Polar Expanse, and to attract a variety of business ventures, all of which no other faction but the Free Systems can do. We guarantee that trade will increased by no less than 50 percent and revenue earned will increase by more than that. Nobody else can do this.
