Encrypted Message to the Kasanthian Federation

Greetings and Salutations esteemed members of the Kasanthian Federation,

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Orleos Sacrenine, Art Dealer and Director of Sacrenine Fine Arts, and I have a business proposal, one that would benefit both of our societies quite nicely should you accept. The planets that you currently have under your control are of interest to my company in the fact that you deal with Nightmares and have much use for them, as do I.

Nightmares, of course when controlled by the proper hands can be quite the beneficial force and no one knows that better than yourselves. Should you accept my business proposal, I would be able to place a 'conduit' of sorts on the planet in question which would enhance it's ability with the leyas (OoC: It's a +1 bonus with the leyas, Max of 6). Due to the 'nature' of the conduit there would also be a boost in population concerning the nightmares of your planet that would be receiving my gift, which I would imagine would be quite desirable, yes? (OoC: Boost of 1million in pop of Nightmares to KFed players)

From atop a long stair was a single chair. It was a black velvet and covered in red silk pillows. That high up it almost made Layne Yr look small.
She smiled down on the next worshipper, and raised a hand for them to be quiet. She picked up the commcrystal heard the message and said,
"Get me a secure commcrystal to this Sacrenine Fellow. I want immediate implementation of his services on every planet controlled by a Kasanthian General. Yes I mean now!
I want a full estimate. Every planet in the Kasanthian Federation needs this man's touch!

Layne Yr looked down at the worshiper who had sat there so politely, "And what praytell do you want?"

The worshipper said, "Grand Admiral, I wish for your blessing to open a stand that sells bunny on a stick. It will be a cloned bunny, but will still hop around until you press the crystal in the rod up its little rodent rectum. Then it will be cooked in an instant into a perfect on the go treat. And as long as you feed the bunny it will live and you can fresh food."

Layne pondered this request, "Since you are surgically implanting the artificed rod, why not also artifice it with a bit of sustain. Weaving in a bit of Earth Leyas to keep the bunny fed for a few days. Then you truly could just take it as a snack on the go. If you add my requested adjustment to your plan I will immediately have the Kasanthian Federation Starforce purchase 4 Billion of these cloned rabbits. Rations are hard to come by in the polar expanse."

The Worshipper walked away thanking the Grand Admiral for her generosity, promising to pray to the Devil Bishop for her rewards in this life and the next (which could mean a lot of things, undeath, instilled nightmare, demonic symbiote, etc)

Layne's commcrystal hummed slightly before projecting the image of Orleos Sacrenine, "Well, I will admit I was rather surprised at your 'enthusiasm' concerning this transaction, but it is a welcome turn of events nonetheless. I will dispatch the necessary works to be arranged in the proper settings so as to complete my gift upon the planets in your possession right away."

Sacrenine reaches off to the side and produces a book bound in gold-leaf and looks up expectantly, "I merely require the number of planets, size of the planet, Small, Medium, or Large so that I will know how many works I must dedicate, Leyas Sources so that I will know which works must be sent, after all the 'material' composition of the work is important in this regard, and of course there is the matter of price."

Sacrenine grins at the mention of price, "This is negotiable of course and seeing as how you wish me to outfit all of your planets with my gift, I will gladly grant you a 'package deal'. The price of course is subjective to the number of planets and the size of the planet. Also, I hope you understand this, if you agree to these terms, it is not to be made public that this was done for you by the Sacrenine Fine Arts company, but by an Anonymous Third Party."

After much muttering, writing, crossing out, rewriting, and biting on the end of his pen Orleos looked up, "Well then, with the knowledge you have allowed me access to and the numbers that have been worked over in my head I do believe that we can come to a price. Seeing as this is our first meeting and the first time deal, I am giving you a proper package deal."

Flipping the book so Layne could see, an expanse of calculations and comparisons of Leyas sources were on the pad. He pointed to each one, "As you can see here the process is relatively simple and the time it takes is not that long. The only thing to do is to decide on what to do in terms of payment. Given that your planets have resources desirable to me for my research, I would say that I am willing to bargain with physical materials as well as ghaz. Know that I do not require a lump sum all at once."

Bringing the book back to his face and scrawling across the pages furiously, "Yes, yes I dare say I would like that indeed! Now, dearest Layne, what say you? Given the fact that the price, as it now stands will be 12.6 million ghaz, would you prefer to deal in physical materials as well as Ghaz? If you did, I'd require use and opportunity to buy your Necrotechs, live True Nightmares, Black Cats, Demon Beasts, and that alone would drop the price by an additional 25% as well as ensure lowered prices on future deals."

Looking up from his notepad to her face with a smile, "The choice is yours and if anyone asks this never happened, I never did anything for you concerning the leyas, I'm just your personal interior decorator. Making your planets simply fabulous, one at a time."

(OoC: If no physical materials, then the price is 12.6 Million Ghaz and all planets of the KFeds will be upgraded to Leyas Level 6 and all KFed planets will receive a 1 Million boost in the Nightmare Population. If Physical Materials, then the price is 8.9 Million and all future transactions through Admiral Layne Yr will receive a 15% discount, this does not include Rare Art/Artifact Auctions.)

Grand Admiral Yr smiled at the strange business man, she liked his style. She leaned in and pinned a black rose to his lapel, and gave him a tiny kiss on the cheek.

"Mr. Sacrenine I believe we have a deal. I will pay you 9 Million Ghaz from the storehouses of Kasanth. I will also sent 100 Necromancers to help you in your effort whose salaries I will pay for one year of service to you," Layne Yr motioned for one of her Nightmares to sign who drew a big X and KFed next to it. layne Yr shot the Nightmare in the face with a springshot "What did I tell you about that I hate the term KFed. You'd think we were a troubadour act instead of a Federation of planets. Now back to business Mr Sacrenine, 100 Black cats Nightmareswill be sent for your use as well."

Orleos's eyes practically glowed as the words left Layne's mouth, "Well then my dearest lady, I shall get the proper arrangements made and the shipments sent out effective immediately! This will be a quick and painless execution, all I require is your men to be prepared to clear anything out of the way and give my men their cooperation. Other than that, we're all done here."

Bowing deeply at the waist, "Well then, just remember, to those whose eyes are untrained in the intricacies of the Leyas, these places will merely seem like an Art Gallery. However, those who look with a different set of eyes may find those places intriguing, keep an eye on them, but I highly doubt anyone would be foolish enough to cross you my dear lady."
