I hope this missive finds you in good health and spirits, lest the message contained be tarnished by some despair or sorrow, for if so then you have my condolences, otherwise let me get straight to the point. Conflicts are present every which way you look and that makes it quite difficult for my company, Sacrenine Fine Arts, to do it's job. While we have been successful as of yet, conflict between factions drives the odds of catastrophe ever higher.

Sacrenine Fine Arts is a peaceful organization if ever there was one, for we deal in the Treasures of the Past, Present, and perhaps should the conditions be right, The Future. After all, the limitations of time and space should not bind that which is the gift of artistic creation! That is for all to view and revel in.

I would ask that we come to a formal business agreement regarding the 'Defenses' of my companies operations. Perhaps over a drink should time allow? I ask that you contact me as soon as you are able so that we can hammer out all the thorny details.

Orleos Sacrenine's appearance is that of an Pale skinned Earther Male who appears in his early 20's and standing approximately 5'7'' in height. He is clothed in canvasblack suspenders, vibrant purple Victorian Style vest with blue billowing sleeves. Dark Greens eyes that peer out from beneath a curtain of shaggy brown hair. "I like elegance and luxury items. I tend not to get 'my' own hands dirty if I can avoid it."

When on missions, archaeological digs, or matters of conflict the wardrobe is replaced by an closed environment, insulated grapplers suit in order to ensure maximum safety, whether it's in zero-gee, when uncovering ancient treasures, or when clinging to the back of some beast in the heat of combat.

Known by VLAD: Known to be an (ex)associate of VLAD, while rumors of this man's origins are scarce at best his actions are a bit more well known. The man originated in the alleyways of a city known as Neo Vargas. Was often seen as the traveling companion of a vampyr, jester, and young female violinist. Public assumption is that he was part of a traveling troupe. Other than that, all that is known is of his abilities/equipment. Leyas Level: Adept.

Strapped at the waist is always a zelan-infused crystal whip ready to lash out at enemies, known to be an good shot at close to mid range with dual spring shot pistols, and also known to be a skilled practitioner of Earth, Shadow, General, Healing, and Summoning Arts. Attempting to master the others. Does not favor close ranged combat and prefers to be in a position where his enemies cannot touch him.

VLAD Rumors/Unconfirmed: Takes the souls of deceased victims and places them in works of art so that they stay preserved to the same degree as if they were in a completely sterile protected environment. Homeless ruffian quoted to have heard Sacrenine say, "It's cheaper." Said to have a collection of souls or people preserved for when he needs them in the bowels of his gallery on the Drogmathian Moon Base which is where he makes his home. Sacrenine has denied all allegations of having a cash of souls stored in the bowels of his gallery or dealing in any leyas related work.

While Quanalithi is the base of operations for Sacrenine Fine Arts, it is not entirely about business. The Archway to the North that is reminiscent to the Arc De Triomphe marks the entrance of the business district, where one can find the HQ of Sacrenine Fine Arts, as well as the recruitment centers for the operations of the company. Also of note, located in the District is the Gallery where the rarities uncovered by the company can sometimes be found, as well as some works put into rotation from Sacrenine's personal collection. Auctions in the gallery are held every 2 months.

To the East and West is the entire expanse of the residential districts as well as the entirety of the Inns and Hotels, ranging in style, each of different races. Sacrenine's Estate lies on the outskirts of the Eastern Residential District, making it a long trek to and from the central plaza.

To the South is a tribute to the center of the Refugian City and Sacrenine's place of origins, Neo Vargas. An amusement park, with rides that give thrill as well as family fun, it's a place that is often visited by families with children that prefer something a bit more racy than the other pleasures.

The center of the base contains the Market Districts where all residents can find the freshest of products for their everyday lives and it is also the center of information for those who are off-worlders. Contained within the center of the base as well as along periodic points along the outer rim are hangars where the ships that import, export, and commence operations are located. All farm fields and pastures are in the outer rim, beyond the residential districts.

Should you be a criminal wanted by the authorities of any other colony aside from Quanalithi, then you are welcome here so long as you keep the peace. Should you be someone who cannot pay with ghaz, silver, or gold, then you are welcome to pay in works of art should you have them, or service to the company.

Come one, Come all. Quanalithi does not discriminate, but know that it does not mean that your presence will not be noted. Note that all weapons are to be holstered and restricted to the confines of your room unless express permission is granted by the proper authorities.

(Out of Character: Would you like admission into the Independent Corporations or to remain completely independent? The benefits are free passage in the Iron Republic, and theoretically preferencial treatment when it comes to dealing with other IRLC's, this is not always true. The biggest drawback is most...actually I think all of the IRLC's are engaged in a lot of shady politics. Your response has no effect on my post lol)


Childeen sat down across from Orleos and sipped at his drink. He looked at it wistfully, "I always wanted to become more cultured. I would be pleased to offer you security services. What form do you need? Obviously ground teams to protect you and your archeologists at sites in conflict zones, Teams will include at least one medic, and fighter escort for your freighters. I can also offer transportation, life insurance, and some medical benefits."

(OoC: I would like admission into the Independent Corporations, the benefits would be extremely beneficial to my company in game. Being able to move around without as much suspicion would help, because let's put it this way, not all my operations are going to be...'appropriate in the eyes of the public' especially if they'd know it was me. The shady contacts will be necessary, especially if I wanna get the pieces of art that I want.)

Orleos nursed his drink and ran his finger around the rim producing a melancholy sound from the crystal the amber liquid resided in, "Your security forces would be most beneficial on my companies operations. Especially when it comes to transporting certain 'materials', I have had 'incidents' shall we say that resulted in damages that would be better left avoided."

Orleos set his drink down and peered at Childeen, eyes becoming no more than jade slits. "Archaeological digs tend to attract the most unwanted of 'undesirables'. I've lost two pieces already to thievery, both possibly worth more than your highest officers make all together in 10 years, maybe more. I do not intend to lose more than I already have and I will tell you this, I plan on finding those responsible and making them a part of my 'collection'."

Orleos sat back with a sigh, "As for the medical benefits, insurance, and the transportation, they would be most beneficial. It would allow me to avoid damages to my own men and ships which will allow me to put those resources to other things that are a necessity. I trust we can draw up the contracts effective immediately?"

(OoC: Regarding your Feed the Hungry Thread. If possible in the near future that we can set up a mission that you can help me recover 1 or 2 of the pieces I have said were 'stolen' then I'd be happy to donate to Auction the most valued piece of the collection, of course if the estimate is reached, I'd request the small amount as compensation, we can work the percentages if we manage to do it. 2 in my possession now are worth 1.2 mil ghaz a piece. We'll see what we can do. Maybe you could mention the Auctions in the Gallery that are held every 2 months yadda yadda.)

(OoC: The way it usually works with missions is I get paid whatever mission reward Admin gives me (your character doesn't actually pay me anything), that makes things easier for everyone and gives them a reason to hire me. The things you actually pay for are getting the "Elite" defense bonus I can grant any of your worlds, weapons, or the cloning stuff (See the LION GUARD Thread for costs)

If you want to start a mission thread, the way you do it is post what you want to do and then make sure to message Admin letting him know. If you wanted to hunt for the stolen artwork I would make a new thread looking for leads, and or contact other factions looking for leads.

As for the auctions I don't know how well they will be received (As most of us are squandering our funds on the tools of war rather than on comforts), you should ask admin if your artwork can give bonuses to the owner, I guarantee that will push up the price to what fine artwork should be worth.

A Game time week is two weeks in real life, the first week is where missions are proposed, the second where we decide our actions. We will be in the first half of week 7 until sunday when the missions will start posting)
