Participating in this mission gains the following reward.

You must name the moon base in this thread. It was formerly an AOD moonbase, but has been cleansed out by IR forces.
The entire population is suspect, and it is one rebellion away from becoming a penal colony.

Prelate Ye'seren of the Church of the Horned Dog looked down upon this moon, the moon of Fiat. It held two and a half million souls that used to live under the rule of he Angels of Desolation. Such poor creatures, they need love to show them that the universe isn't so cruel.
The horned dog shall go down to this world and help these poor people. We shall set up schools, and clinics, and of course, churches so that they might learn the freedom of faith.

This moon base will be called Memorium.
All the population will be given jobs and food.
Their concerns will be listened to.
All citizens will be made part of the Memorium civil defense force (MCDF)

This moon base will act as a staging point for attacks by the IR into Estrain space.

The Moon base shall be called Oluna they will have intuitions set on them to help with the teachings of the Cult of the Horn Dog where proper education about our just cause can be taught so as to loose the prejudices of our glorious faith. They will be set up inplantion factories so those that wish to become one with the cult can do so in a fast pace manner effinceny is key to a good church
