I know you recently made a treaty with the IR, does this treaty include taking me off the most wanted list and revoke my status as a warcriminal? The next round of advertising comes up soon, and I would like it to be accurate.

Why would I ever take that away from you? In so far as I know the treaty just involves Unity planets, and does not cover those with dual allegiances. As their goal is likely to drive diplomatic wedges between us, we would be shocked if you got a pardon.
