Pardon my request to speak with you, but I am Judge Grandis, ambassador appointed and approved by Sector General Polmedes, General Garmin Fe, and Prime of Unity. If you are still not aware of who I am, I played witness to the signing of the treaty of 2220 and my seal is what ensures the full support of the Unity and its affiliates in regards to that document.

I humbly request you to revisit the events that took place directly before the signing. Investigation of your public records indicate that the Earth Expeditionary Forces, known informally as the EEF, involved in the incident were not in fact present at your request. This was not knowledge made available to me at the time of the incident. In fact, records indicate that the EEF were in fact there to support an action of theft from the Iron Republic with the utilization of war machines.

The diplomatic negotiations I perused in that incident were NEVER under the behalf of the EEF. I repeat, under no circumstance did I speak for them. Since they were there illegally, and in complete violation of the treaty of 2219, I think it only right that they be held accountable for their behavior.

Now let me speak against the only objection the opposition could bring against my case. I understand that Beacon City and our allies were there as well, and though Beacon City had no intention of entering the craft or taking anything from it, including information, I must admit some of our allies were their for less noble causes. Yet such actions were made under the banner of direct conflict with your cooperation. We were in many ways, at war. The creation of the treaty itself was a means to end that war. If you in turn tried to hold us accountable for events that took place before the signing, the treaty of 2220 itself would be defeated in its purpose.

The important difference is that the EEF waged an act of war against the Iron Republic in complete violation of a treaty you already had. If you do not uphold the significance of this event, then I consider the seriousness by which you uphold your treaties to be nonexistent. You MUST bring action against the EEF for violating the treaty of 2219, or else you risk the integrity of the treaty of 2220, as well as any other treaty you currently have with other factions. I await your response.

To the ruling members of the Iron Republic,

I have waited long for your response and still no reaction. The EEF attacked your holdings directly under the rule of Sector General Polmedes. Further, they attempted the theft of a unique alien space station as well. Now it is all over the news that the EEF may also have been responsible for the loss of civilian life on Druzi Prime.

How long will ignore these transgressions?

Signed,
Judge Grandis of Beacon City

Judge
You come before this Board demanding action. Then you voice your displeasure that we must investigate your accusations. Many people of incredible importance have waited months or years to have their concerns heard.
Even the Quall show their respect to the board and those that don't are declared rogue.

We have done action against the Warcriminal John Doe know as President Ragman.
Even now the IR has blockaded the planet he is on. Sector General Deer is negotiating his tribunal with EEF High Command for breaking the treaty.
