Allies, we will obviously need to deal with the problems experienced on Reclamation Citadel 1. We also need to prepare for the possibility of failure. If the reclaimed race is greater in power then they seem, we will want to cut our losses and prepare for a tactical retreat. Let's hope this will not be the case.

The Unity Prophet fleet sent to modify the continent will be ordered to create internal chambers to hold teleportation drives. The matter abstracted from this will be used to solidify the mists on the edges of the continent even further and be pushed outward toward our enemy.

If the enemy chooses this delicate time to attack, we may need to execute such a retreat. Regardless, I'm making the preparations. You are all free to share your thoughts in the tactical discussion.

We've taken note of your stratagems, and are pleased. Citadels can always be reconstructed. The Quall aim to get information in their own way, and we are sending in mercenaries to salvage what can be salvaged. We must learn how the Nelif control minds, and we must see how it can be countered. Send in the people you can, we wish to see if our own people can be rescued.

Once the rescue and fact finding mission is complete, we can simply purge the citadel.

Further, we have made sensory deprivation combat suits which may be helpful in our attempts to purge. Is anyone else being attacked by the Nelif?

Are you scared of these Neliff, Prime? Surely they are not more terrifying that standing toe to toe with the Augur of War 2.0 or facing Warmonger on his battlebarge?
These Neliff are dangerous, and likely even more dangerous than we even suspect now.
But they are a gamble we can win.
If one of my Drakul Vampires can bite one of these Neliff, and turn them into a Thrall, then we will gain their mind control.
Then the TRILAT can truly guide this universe in a proper direction.
Let's see Warmonger gain power when we create the ultimate peace. One where there is no war.
We can even have Axis work on these Neliff once we turn them into Thralls. Maybe remove their brain (or whatever parts of their body does the mind control) and keep alive separate in a controllable form. Then we use them to force peace on our enemies. They cannot fight, they cannot die in service to Warmonger.
We still get to control the entire Universe, not that a gal like me needs that sort of thing."
