***meeting between President Ragman's representative, President of Maxa Provo 9 (Maehl Holdings), and Flag Staff, Inc's representative**

Wearing a classic black suit and red tie and shiny black shoes, the newly named President of Maxa Provo 9 Operations (PMP9O) sets up the conference room in the newly acquired Maehl Holdings office. Security has been installed downstairs, and there are a good mix of locals and dedicated Maehl Holdings staff (of Free Systems origin) already working in the building. Su Maehl instituted a brilliant strategy of free relocation and promotion for capable managers and staff workers from all over the galaxy. In relatively short order he has trained and implemented strategies that have strengthened the organization and allowed for rapid growth. The PMP90 has been on the fast tract to upper management, and this was his first opportunity to show off his years of economic development training back on his home planet in the Free Systems, running a planetary business that was acquired by Maehl Holdings, as well as the management training provided by Maehl Holdings. He was a bit young for this position, but he was talented, and he was ready to prove to Su Maehl and his peers walking into the room and settling in that he was the right man for the job.

"Greetings peers. I am the President of Maxa Provo 9 Operations, representing Maehl Holdings and I speak for CEO Su Maehl during all of these proceedings. I bring you all together so that we may properly plan and develop this planet in a meaningful and coordinated way.

As always, our first order of action is planetary defense. While my suggestions include a battery of Disabler Cannons against foreign invasion, coupled with a significant force of Aegis starfighters, a Sentinal Strider, and perhaps a few light and medium capital ships, I suppose the EEF has other defense forces that it can utilize for this task more effectively?

As for land defense, my biggest concern is industrial espionage and/or sabotage. Other than creating personnel restrictions near military and private facilities (such as your mining areas), I suppose we ensure the proper regional registration of citizens, and then ensure that what will become a heavy immigration flow is carefully monitored and catalogued. I'm also a fan of a few striders for regional defense and handling.

The other primary concern is ensuring the proper development of the planet. We made the promise to fortify infrastructure, maximize the planet's mining operations, and further develop the local economy. Construction has become a huge industry, employing tons of people. I'd like to set up factory installations of a military nature, utilizing the mining and refining facilities Flag Staff will develop to assemble various small arms and artillery and then export them accordingly. I'm also intending on utilizing the planet as a regional hub for product distribution and redistribution, which will employ and develop a good portion of the planet's population centers, especially as it relates to constructing quality space ports and facilities.

I know I've brought up two completely different sets of concerns without allowing either of you to speak, but thoroughness is a virtue espoused by our CEO, and it's hard not to be overzealous, so my humblest apologies.

A representative of Flag Staff Inc stands in response. Flag Staff management is happy to report that building experts are on their way to make the promised infrastructural improvements. They will also be bringing prefabricated artillery platforms which should also aid in the defense of MP9's skyways. Projections for this month's output are looking to improve by yet another 27.8%. That is all we have to report.
