PreGame Investment Mission- Sigma Mu 6532

Investment Opportunity! M.D. is pleased to announce the establishment of a new collaborative research colony in a system currently designated Sigma Mu 6532. This colony will eventually play host to a small shipyard and collaborative research facilities. This base will operate independently of larger factions, as a prototype for the kinds of progress possible when the powers that be set aside their differences. Residence will be open to any non-Quall, non-Unity, non-demonic researchers interested in bringing new technologies to the market. The following contracts are currently up available:
1. Base construction- Currently underway under the auspices of M.D.'s industrial capacity. Contracting this out in exchange for 15% stake in the base's output.
2. Long-term logistical supply- Monopoly on the supplies necessary for the station's residents and manufacturing. In addition to profits derived, contracting for 15% stake in the base's output.
3. Mining operations- Sigma Mu 6532's asteroid fields will provide more minerals than will likely be processed in-system. Provide the necessary raw materials for our manufacturing in exchange for export rights and a 15% stake in the base's output.
4. Retail Exports- Sigma Mu 6532's station will be the point of sale for new technologies, M.D. technologies (as available), and a limited run of ships for commercial sale. Invest now in the construction of facilities and receive a new supply of marketable goods, technologies, and a 5% stake in the base's output.

My name is Childeen Blackheart, and I am the Director for Blackheart Security Solutions, a successful, moderately sized Independent corporation that specializes in security but has a diverse portfolio of capabilities and services.

Our corporation has extensive experience in facilities construction and operations. We also provide a line of mid to end law enforcement and military products for retail. We would like to place a bid on the retail exports, mining operations, and base construction. Feel free to deny any bids that fail to compete.

Base Construction:
Utilizing Tzira engineering and labor outsourced to the refugees of Druzi Blackheart can build a base that efficiently uses all resources as well as being highly defensible.

Mining:
Blackheart has a Carrion class asteroid mining ship with a trained crew that can harvest ore. Blackheart also has experience creating refining facilities and has employees that can facilitate the construction and train the workers. This will likely at least initially provide enough ore for domestic use and export. As operations expand more carrion miners can be purchased to augment operations.

Retail:
Blackheart currently offers a line of high end tactical gear in both EEF, free systems, and IR markets. Using the connections generated by that initial service Blackheart can help market new goods and services. Facilities will be constructed using Tzira efficiency and the Druzi refugee work force.
