You may be surprised to hear this but I wish to offer you help with two matters.
First I have gotten reports that you have E-Strain outbreaks on multiple worlds. These worlds are in danger and could quickly become over run with E-Strain. I don't bring this up to beggar the obvious rather I wish to offer you at least some aide. A few years ago the EEF developed nanties that sterilize Manyslayer and E-Strain egg clutches. We usually pack them into grenades, the nanites are harmless to everything else and shut off after a few hours. If you'd like I can supply you with a large number of these grenades to help keep the endangered worlds from being over whelmed.

Secondly I have been in contact with Prime of Unity regarding the Fleets of Fate. I was admittedly skeptical at first. But I have received reports about the battle at the Unity's Sentential Station 3 after an incursion there and reports of other systems that were fully converted in a matter of minutes. So I wish to offer the resources of the EEF to fight against them. I realize that my forces are small in comparison but every ship helps and more importantly President Ragman is one of a very few individuals who's actions cannot be predicted by Fate. That I think will prove invaluable. Please let me know your decision.

I don't think I've ever been so happy to find a message waiting from you as I am now.

There have been outbreaks of Estrain on multiple IR Worlds and I am looking at reports from most of our neighbors that they are facing the same.
The Estrain sterilizer grenades might be just what we need.
I am allocating equivalent IR credits to 100 Billion ghaz for the sole purpose of securing enough Grenades for our affected worlds and those of our neighbors (both friend and enemy).


As for Mr. Doe, I got concerns about putting a man who can control Estrain in a position of authority during the largest Estrain outbreak since the Estrain first escaped the penal colony at Phoebus 4. If you can assuage my fears then we can move forward with the second offer.
But how do you know he isn't really working for the FoF? It would be a very wicked plan to spread the Estrain to destabilize all of us at the same time of the FoF invasion?

We have a large number of the grenades stored I will also see to it that we begin production of them as soon as possible. We're probably going to need a lot of them after all.

On to the topic of Mr. Doe. He can not contorl E-Strain. He is a duly elected leader of two hives that have sought to exist peacefully with other species. I have no reason to believe that he is working for or with the Fleets of Fate. I think it far more likely that this outbreak is the work of the Angels of Desolation. Regardless I ask what proof could I provide you that would set your mind at ease?

At any rate we will get the grenades to you as soon as possible.
