Greetings and Salutations,

Know that as of now, an island that is off the coast of the Quall Hive belonging to Ar'yay Hive Queen, has been granted to my company for mining operations. This zone is as of now a neutral zone in which my men will be stationed for the purpose of mining it for the gemstones that lay beneath the surface.

Know that I intend to employ Blackheart Securities for security detail and that there will of course be Quall on base to inspect ingoing and outgoing shipments as well as making sure I am not doing anything outside the agreement laid down, such as assisting or attacking her enemies from the island base.

I ask that the island be left alone so as not to provoke any actions from the TRILAT, the Hive Queens of Kyrpos, etc, and should you have any doubts as to the authenticity of this operation, then of course we can arrange for inspections to be done by your own men. Should you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact me immediately. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Sacrenine,

I will take you up on your offer of an inspection. Please be prepared for a visit very shortly. I've dispatched a small force of technicians to do analysis of your holdings. Since the value of precious gems have plummeted, I'm very eager to learn what minerals your operation values the most, and how they plan to benefit from them.

By the way, I hope you don't mind if non-Rogue Quall should appear as well. They will be arriving to deal business with myself. I do hope you'll extend your welcome to them as well. We wouldn't want them to feel unwanted, would we?

Signed,
General Garmin Fe

General,

I have no issues whatsoever should you wish to conduct an inspection. So long as your adhere to my rules whilst on the island, which means no conflict with Ar'yay's Quall or myself, then I see no reason as to deny you my hospitality. The Kumfei known as Foreman Alnica Zornic is overseeing the operations in my stead, so I will notify her of your impending inspection. As to which minerals I value the most, let me give you some insight.

Being that my company is one that deals in rare artworks as well as the productions of arts, I require certain minerals for pigments and of course the gems for certain works, be they ornamental for the body or decorative for the holdings of others. Admiral Layne can attest to the 'beauty' of my work I can assure you of that. But more to the point, buying gemstones from the banking guild, while simple, is less cost effective for a fledgling IRLC like myself. With this mining operation I'm able to supply myself without 'Breaking the Bank' so to speak.

I will also be notifying Hive Queen Ar'yay and Blackheart, who is now on Security Detail, of your impending inspection so that her children do not attack unless they see reason to and his men do not blow you out of the sky or lava. Know that this is thin ice that you and I tread on General, I do not wish to see bloodshed on my doorstep before I personally am able to walk upon it. So I will reiterate, do not provoke them.

Dear Mr. Sacrenine,

Are you insisting that a group of technicians is a threat to your operation? No, I think your implying that you've noticed a movement of a very small fleet and some troops of mine. In order to know that you would need some long range scanners specialized for the heat of this plane. Now all of a sudden your boasting about having Blackheart Security personnel and a connection with the Grand Admiral Yr on top of your connection with the rogue hive queen Ar'yay. You know, Judge Grandis told me a man with your name was also at the slave auction by the young pirate Ironsbane.

You sir, have become the most interesting person that I have never heard of.

I have no intention of provoking anyone. I'm making a deal with a Quall N'Drone hive and your installation happens to be near a rouge hive's holdings, which is currently in the middle of a conflict. The troops deployed are for the protection of the inspectors and negotiators. The ships will remain at least three miles away. Besides, I wouldn't want to risk too many of my men to succumbing to radiation poisoning. You see, the bright flashes you witnessed not to long ago were in fact nuclear explosions set off by the Temporal Empire. I hope the fallout will not hamper your operations too drastically.

Signed,
General Garmin Fe

General,

I am implying nothing of the sort, I am merely trying to make sure no conflicts are raised while within my company's presence. Are you going to tell me that Ar'yay and you are the best of friends? This island is practically on her doorstep and you are no friend of hers last I had heard. Please General I did not mean to imply anything of the sort.

As for Admiral Layne, my company has recently refurbished her planets into something more pleasing to her eyes. Her tastes are quite comparative to my own when it comes to the quality of beauty, albeit she has a bit of a more 'quirky' side, but that merely adds to her charm. It would seem odd for me to boast a connection to Layne if it had no basis to begin with.

As for Blackheart being on my security detail, that is because I trust Childeen personally, and I am not about to entrust the safety of my men to a Rogue Queens brood of 8 foot, 4 armed, bull-headed, beasts, that use other races for the gestation of their young, and devour other races for food. Do you think me an incompetent boob? The reason my company works in these conditions is because Ar'yay had offered me a deal, and the financial benefits outweighed the risks.

As for the alerting of both my host and security, it is to make sure that Ar'yay does not suspect me of treachery for practically inviting your men here to the island, which as I said before is practically upon her doorstep and so Childeen's men do not think that you are a threat. As for your ships, I had no idea you'd moved any or how many you'd bring.

I did not realize the flashes were nuclear weapons being used, if Childeen's men are not prepared to deal with possible Nuclear Fallout, then I must alert him at once should the winds sweep it this way. Thank you for that notification, you've probably just prevented unnecessary illness or worse. In the event that Childeen or myself cannot provide the necessary measures concerning the Nuclear Fallout, would it be possible that you or your associates could provide it? I do not mean for free of course.

The Auction in question that your Judge mentions, I attended personally at the request of Childeen, he feared the Djinn representative, as Djinn are capable of conjuring whatever they desire, I would assume ghaz is what he implied. Childeen had asked me personally to provide any assistance that I could, so as to ensure the safety of his men in captivity.

The Djinn Representative was my objective and we spoke of course, the content of the discussion was rather fruitful, as I had convinced the Djinn to release the men to me in the event he won the Auction in exchange for rarities from my personal collection, which I am proud to say holds works you'd believe lost to the ages. In the event he did not like anything, he could have the men, but not before they 'conveniently' escaped from his and my unwatching eyes, of course. However, Ironsbane's treachery lead to my near death or death, I'm still not sure which, and after the explosion, the Djinn was no where to be found. I assume he fled the moment the explosion occurred seeing as no body was left behind and my own apparently withstood the blast. I have not seen or heard from him since.

What I have said still holds from before and even now, should you have doubts as to the sincerity of my claims, please do not hesitate to question them, you'd be a fool in these tumultuous times not to, especially with this land in such disarray, regardless I will assure you these claims are indeed sincere.

I also am in complete understanding that the safety of your men is indeed a priority, just so long as the peace is kept, and you have no ulterior motives, then conduct your inspection, you are welcome here.

Dear Mr. Sacrenine,

I have no intention of starting a conflict in your region. In fact, it was the claim of neutrality that caught my eye. I do have an agenda, but not a very secret one, I'm testing the neutrality of post to an extent. If myself and a hive queen can manage to safely exchange prisoners on your turf, then I will thank you kindly for providing such grounds in the plane of K'rypos.

Since you've asked for medical supplies pertaining to treating radiation poisoning, I will have them provided when my men arrive, free of charge. Good luck Mr. Sacrenine.

General,

I would be more than happy to host the prisoner exchange between you and the Quall Queen. So long as she has the same understanding as you have shown me, then there shall be no problems whatsoever. As for the medical supplies, I cannot express how grateful I am, and I am sure Blackheart's men will be just as appreciative as I am. Thank you.
