"Orleos checks the blood stains again on the cage and the ground below the cage. The silvery blood stains are obviously from the cage and has dripped and pooled below the cage, but there are no drag marks.

While the prisoners tenacity was to be noted, such a threat could not be kept by normal means. The K'ias is to be killed and his soul bound to a crystal ball to be placed in the vault where his soul can be plumbed for possible knowledge, such as the channels he used to send the messages. Of course such a specimens spirit would indeed prove tenacious.
