Concerns over recent Kasanthian actions (encrypted to EEF commanders and Allies)

Greetings all,
I think we can agree that the Kasanthians are once again causing more trouble than can reasonably be ignored. First the attack on the Spaceship grave yard salvage op and now they've parked a planet despoiler over Haephestom. I'd say its about time we reminded them why they shouldn't be screwing around with us. We know Lt. Ryuk is responsible for the amateur attack on the salvage op. At the same time I'd like to know if he acted alone or not. I'd like to have some Uth soldiers review memories in case anyone else was involved. Zaodonai Celyse perhaps you could spare a few of your men for that work? We don't have any Uth or Pelebor that can pulled from their current assignments at the moment. Once we know more we can plan a strike against them.

I'm also concerned about the Haephestom situation. Any time planet killers show up things are very likely to get totally out of control very fast. Admiral Yr's capricious streak isn't going to help either. So while I suppose we could just attack it and blow the damn thing out of orbit I wanted to see if anyone had any more creative solutions to this problem.

I am attempting to set up a war game between Layne and Mor'aye'ahn, as she says she is only interested in getting revenge on him for some slight. At this time, i plan to have them fight a ground battle in one of the cities that we have not finished clearing the IEDs out of. I have ask them to each chose one person to be a judge. i am looking for 3 people to judge also. currently, i have ask and received comfrimation from SectorGeneral Palomedes. If you could suggest someone else that you feel would be impartial to judge also, that would be a great help.

I am attempting to give them a way to settle their squabble without laying waste to most of the planet.

I am attempting to get one judge from each Major faction not directly involved in the conflict. If you could either recommend soemone in EEF or volunteer someone, i would be grateful. As the host, I have excused myself from being a judge. Currently I have a judge from the IR. I am waiting to hear back from the Free System.

Good, it would be a shame to see further damage done to that world for such a petty matter. I don't know who you might want as a judge I highly doubt that Admiral Yr would accept me as one. I would ask the Colony General but I feel that the situation might be a bit to insecure. I could send one of the RCT commanding generals if that would be acceptable to all parties.

whoever you feel would do a good job. Admiral Layne doesn't have the authority to pick my judges, she is only able to pick her 2 members of the panel. just as Mor'aye'ahn can't determine who mine or layne's judges will be. I am trying to find people who are not biased toward one side or the other, but the best i can seem to do most of the time is find someone who dislikes them both.

If you could send some one as soon as possible, i would appreciate it.

I wanted to update you on this. We had Sugerhill randomly select four EEF members to act as judges and alternates if you still ned them. The list follows this message. They are enroute now and should arrive shortly.
