Rebellions are so unfortunate, so few good options

Good day to you Mor'aye'ahn and Lil'ye'ahn, I see that you are having some difficulties with the Warmonger Cult. It is quite sad to see a group dedicated to empty destruction and death. We abhor this kind of meaningless violence and wish to help you, after all life must be preserved.
Here is what i propose, I can move in my Horned Dogs to render assistance to you in this regard. We can move in and help you face these foul terrorists if you wish. All we ask in return is good will and the ability to trade with you. We require no more reward then this, you try your best to be left alone but the universe will not just sit back and let you go your own way in peace.
If you agree to allow us to help you, we assure you that no Quall N'Drone shall step foot in your lands, none of your people shall be taken against his or her will. We will be there to help defend your people and will bow to your authority in this matter as it is your lands that are in danger.

I am glad to hear that rebellion no longer causes chaos within your lands. We hope that the fighting didn't cause too much damage to your infrastructure and I am confident that you will repair the damage quickly.
