I write to you because I'd to enquire about Ablative Foam technology. As a non-lethal weapon, I find it highly useful and desirable to ensure the safety of my staff and at staff headquarters around the Polar Expase without being threatening to my hosts, such as yourselves. It is, however, prohibitively expensive at the moment to purchase and utilize in mass quantities. I thus request the rights to produce this foam, or any other means by which I can acquire, and a significantly lower rate, large quantities of these items.

Well, its funny that you ask, because I was hoping for approximately 50,000... to start. And it doesn't include upkeep and the unglue. I envision then needing anywhere from 1000 to 10000 a month?

I also want to see about an alternate form that I can use on starship that would be helpful in protecting my merchant fleets against pirates and terrorists.

In those quantities I can slash the prices.
Normal banking guild price would be 5,000 ghaz. I can provide you the foam rockets for 1,000 ghaz for each. A total profit of 4,000 ghaz for each you sell if you equal the guilds prices.
Or a bit of wiggle room if you want to undercut the guild.
