What are they, I don't know everything , and my domain knowledge is limited to mainly what character uses.

Unity Special Trainings are currently limited to Emissary Paths, but new ones will be coming out over the next few weeks.

Emissarys are special Units so normal characters cannot learn their paths. Humans could be reconstituted by the Unity as Emissaries, but you'd need Unity Prime's help for that.
