Our price for our assistance in this endeavor is simple yet necessary, we need to expand our manufacturing capability. We are not lacking much for funds just space, therefore our price will be an upgrade to our manufacturing, so we ask for a lunar facility with extensive manufacturing power, this would help us far more then a check.

Once again...the reply was surprisingly terse. The signature was right, but this was unlike Prime.

"The moon base will carry standard factories, not WPC's. You are present at the strategy meeting, indicating a desire to render assistance regardless of profit. We expect that this price, if you accept, will incline you to help our operatives preferentially."

It is true that we have a representative at the strategy meeting, we are interested in how this event will play out, however to jump into a meat grinder without any assurance of profit would be unwise. This payment ensures our participation as we now know that we will profit even if we take significant losses.

Regular factories are actually preferable, while we greatly respect your WPCs we desire complete control over our factories and not to require your people to run them. We thank you for your cooperation in this manner.
