We have enjoyed the conflicts thus far, and have perfected some new tools which will likely make the Board of Directors give you more of a free hand tactically. However, it has come to our attention that there has been a paradigm shift in the balance of power.

The Unity has been attacking you to promote your growth, to get you out of your rut. This has succeeded famously, if we say so ourselves. We also have attacked you as you are servants of the Quall, a significant threat to the Unity.

We do not know the relationship between you and the Quall, but that you have not expanded beyond the Polar expanse suggests that you are subservient to the Quall. However, the dynamics of this relationship can change, if you wish it.

Without your technology to protect them, the Quall have little hope of survival. Were you to shake off your chains, if chains they be, they would fall like so much chaff.

While our scanners may not be able to find all our enemies, realize soon the largest rebellion in the Brethren Expanse will be put down, and the IR will be able to focus on you and your TRILAT friends.
