PreGame Insurrection Mission- The Druzi Sickness
This thread is for incharacter tactical discussions about the mission against the insurrection facing Druzi Prime. Remember final actions only count if they are posted in the weekly missions forum under the appropriate thread.

Well, it looks like vampires aren't the only problems facing Druzi. I see no reason for my forces to involve themselves against these rebels, my Horned Dogs shall keep caring for the civilians caught between the rebels and the vampires. I suppose that none of the sector generals will want to do anything either since this simply gives you more reason to glass the planet like you want to. Just remember to let me know beforehand so i can evacuate the actual innocents first.

Not to throw a monkey wrench into the glass the planet plan,
But I feel having some Brethren on the ground would be to our benefit.
Just to make sure a real quarantine is in place and no one leaves the planet carrying any harmful bacteria.

That is a wonderful and terrible idea, Director Kal Marx,
Now we have forces on the ground the Vamps can corrupt. All they gotta do is inject the Brethren with an ampule of Djinni blood and they can filter it through the clone and turn him. Turn a few Brethren and then they can infiltrate your entire organization.
Keep your guard up, this ain't the board room.

I agree with Deer,
You have promised locals on an already pseudorebelling planet unlimited food and medicines. What incentive do they have to work? You have legally fallen on your own sword, old chap.
But I applaud the idea of Quarantine, a perfect word when a government needs to seem concerned while they wall off a community. I'll add a Frigate to enforce mandatory screening on all people going in and out of the Fire Dome via the starport.

I support you Director Marx, by providing food and medicine you are showing the people of the colony that you care about their well being and won't just abandon them to rebels and terrorists. This will get the loyal colonist to support you more and might convince some of the not very dedicated rebels to surrender to us. They will have information that will help you rout the more entrenched evil doers. Once the crisis ends you can reduce the food and medical supplies during the rebuilding and once the colony is up and running again you stop it. This will win us the populous and we can turn this planet into a stronghold against Kasanth. They obviously want this planet, that alone should be incentive to prevent them.

Happy workers are productive workers look at the Quall race we are all happy productive members of our society because we are all treated like family all ared and provided for yet we still do our jobs and perform them well. If you provide your people with the things that will make them content show that you care they will be productive members of your society treat them like the scum at the end of your shoes then they will not work to the best of your productivity goals. Besides you can always stop the flow of food and such when they stop doing their jobs. the food is like a carrot on a stick they will continue to do their work if they are provided for

My Cult of the Horned Dog shall stay out of this battle, their primary focus is to protect the civilians under my care. We will continue to provide food and medical care and make shadow wards to keep out any vampires. These rebels I leave to you and Blackheart Security.
